Cookies and browser storage
- Technical (always):
pv_langremembers your language; a session cookie keeps your Vicaletors account logged in; on /director, a cookie remembers your personal link. - Preferences (in your browser, not on the server): site sound volume and mix, whether you have seen the newsletter prompt and some tool settings.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand similar).
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when the page loads.
Who we share it with
We never sell or hand over your data. Only the providers that make the service possible access it, as processors: Hostinger (web hosting and email) and, if you accept, Google (Analytics and Fonts). Google may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Consulting projects for companies and institutions are handled with the team at Vibecalet; if your enquiry is of that kind, it will be passed on to them so it can be answered.
How long we keep it
- Contact requests: as long as needed to handle them, then up to 3 years in case the conversation resumes.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Vicaletors account: while you keep it; if you ask to delete it, it is erased.
- Professional presentation: until you opt out or it is no longer useful.
- Analytics: according to the retention set in Google Analytics (14 months at most).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@perevicalet.net. Every newsletter and professional email includes an unsubscribe link. If you feel your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Minors
You must be at least 14 to create a Vicaletors account or subscribe to the newsletter. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to do it for you.
Security
The site always runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored with one-way hashing, databases sit outside the public web folder and forms are protected against automated submissions.
